1. Accounts

You are responsible for your account, keeping your credentials secure, and the activity under it. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to act for your organization.

2. Electronic signatures

You agree that electronic signatures made through the Service are intended to be legally binding, subject to applicable e-signature laws (e.g. US ESIGN/UETA, EU eIDAS). You may withdraw consent to sign electronically and request a paper process instead before signing. It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure a document and its signing method are valid and appropriate for their jurisdiction and use case.

3. Acceptable use

• Only send documents to people who expect them or have agreed to receive them.
• Do not use bulk send, email, SMS, or WhatsApp delivery for unsolicited messages or spam.
• Do not upload unlawful content or use the Service to violate others’ rights.

4. AI features

AI-assisted drafting, summaries, and field suggestions are provided for convenience. Output may be incomplete or inaccurate, is not legal advice, and must be reviewed by a person before it is sent or relied on.

5. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the legal effect or enforceability of any document you create or sign. We do not provide legal advice.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination, retention and deletion follow our Privacy Policy.
